Srimad Andavan embarks on Bharat Vijaya Yatra 2020

His Holiness Srimad Andavan Srivaraha Mahadesikan embarked on his Bharata Vijaya Yatra 2020, a tour of India that will last around six months.

After completing a month-long stay in Chennai, where His Holiness delivered a series of thirty anugraha-bhashanams (divine sermons) on the verses of the Thiruppavai during the month of Margazhi, he has now begun to tour South India.

After gracing the samprokshanam ceremony at Vaduvur Kothandaramasawamy temple, he offered mangalasasanams (auspicious prayers) at various divya-desam temples in Naduvakkarai, Kumbakonam, Madurai, Puthukottai, Mannargudi, Velamur, Thirumoghur, Srirangam, Nellore and other places before proceeding to Secunderabad, where he will reside the whole of March.

After a tour of north India in April, which will see His Holiness offering mangalashasanams at holy places such as Ayodhya, Brindavanam and Muktinath, he will arrive at Mumbai in the month May. The thirunakshatram celebrations of Srimad Srimushanam Peria Andavan are planned to be celebrated in the Dombivali Andavan Ashramam in May.
