Important steps for making online transfers:

If you wish to transfer your donation directly to one of our bank accounts, you must follow the process below, failing which it will become difficult to track your donation or issue a receipt:

  1. First, check which bank account you need to transfer the money from the details given below. If in doubt, first check with the Office Manager which of the  bank accounts below is appropriate for the purpose of your donation, by calling +91 (0) 44 2499 3658. Please note that foreign currency remittances should only be made to the Ranganatha Paduka Vidyalaya State Bank of India Account. None of the other bank accounts have permission (yet) for receiving foreign exchange remittances.
  2. Make the online transfer in the usual way, making sure you note the transaction ID issued by your bank
  3. Fill in the form at the bottom of this page after your payment is successful, and submit it to us. 
  4. If you do not hear back from us for a few weeks,  please send a reminder email to info@andavan.org  with details of the donation, or call the Chennai office on: +91 (0) 44 2499 3658
For transfers made in Foreign currencies from donors outside India
All remitances made in Foreign Currency by donors outside India should only be made to this bank account, as this is the only bank account that currently has permission to receive foreign currency. Please do not attempt to transfer funds to any other bank account in foreign currency, whatever the purpose of your donation:

            If you wish to sponsor Annadanam for  more than one year at Thirumalai , the donations are:  Rs.10,000 for one day every                year for ten years, Rs,20,000 for one day every year for 20 years, and Rs.100,000 for one day every year for life. 

 Please note that some donations will be exempt under Section 80 (G) but not all. Hence, if you need any further clarifications before sending your donation, you are advised to speak to one of our Office Managers in the Chennai Ashramam.
