Important steps for making online transfers:

If you wish to transfer your donation directly to one of our bank accounts, you must follow the process below, failing which it will become difficult to track your donation or issue a receipt:

  1. First, check which bank account you need to transfer the money from the details given below. If in doubt, first check with the Office Manager which of the  bank accounts below is appropriate for the purpose of your donation, by calling +91 (0) 44 2499 3658. 
  2. Make the online transfer in the usual way, making sure you note the transaction ID issued by your bank
  3. Fill in the form at the bottom of this page after your payment is successful, and submit it to us. 
  4. If you do not hear back from us for a few weeks,  please send a reminder email to info@andavan.org  with details of the donation, or call the Chennai office on: +91 (0) 44 2499 3658.
Please note that foreign currency remittances from outside India are currently not being accepted directly. If you wish to remit in foreign currency, please send an email to info@andavan.org to first complete regulatory formalities of the Government of India.

  3. To sponsor one day’s free Annadanam (Thadiyaradhanai) at our Thirumalai Ashramam, donations can be made to the following account. Please note that this account is only for Thadiyaradhanai at Thirumalai and not for Thadiyaradhanai at other places. The donation is Rs.3000 for one day’s Thadiyaradhanai. Please specify the date and any special commemoration for which you want the annadanam dedicated to when you make activities (80-G available):

            If you wish to sponsor Annadanam for  more than one year at Thirumalai , the donations are:  Rs.10,000 for one day every year for ten years, Rs,20,000 for one day every year for 20 years, and Rs.100,000 for one day every year for life. 

 Please note that some donations will be exempt under Section 80 (G) but not all. Hence, if you need any further clarifications before sending your donation, you are advised to speak to one of our Office Managers in the Chennai Ashramam. 

We are in the process of opening a Paypal Account for accepting donations through Card Payments (Credit and Debit Cards). We will update this page as soon as we conclude the process and can accept card payments.am

In 'Purpose of Donation' please mention the date on which Thadiyaradhanai or Thiruvaradhanai should be conducted, along with the special event for which you want the commemoration held such as birthdays, anniversaries, srardham or memorials.
